**About Elnaz Nourizadeh**
Born in Tehran, Iran in 1985, Elnaz Nourizadeh was first introduced to pottery in high school but didn't start creating ceramics until after university, where she received a mentorship from one of Iran's leading sculptors Maryam Salour. In 2013, she moved to Melbourne, Australia to officially establish her ceramic studio and small business titled “”Elnaz Ceramics,”” where she makes everyday pieces inspired by the Color Field movement.
